Note: this menu is active only if the camera is in DAY mode or set to fixed color mode;it does not work in
NIGHT mode or if it is set to fixed Black/White mode (in this last case, the option BLC of the BACKLIGHT
menu is replace by "----").
An object with a strong light in the background usually appears dark and not so visible if compared with the
rest of image. The BLC function allows to solve this problem and obtain a good compensation.
Selecting this menu item you can choose among the options OFF (not active), BLC and HLC
BLC is accessed by selecting the following submenu:

selected area (it is possible to enable or disable only the
ON ÷ OFF
area 2; the area 1 is always active with BLC ON and

It allows to change the brightness gain value on the
