PROBLEM
display-control panel off
remote control (optional) not working

no flame appears (remember that it only
appears 5 minutes after pressing the

POSSIBLE CAUSES OF SHUTDOWN
When the stove shuts down, the reason is displayed on the screen.
H1 No depression: problem connected with air circulation
H2 No expulsion
SF (H3) No fire
AF (H4) No start
H5 Black-out arrest
H6 Termoc broken: faulty or disconnected thermocouple
H7 Over temp: maximum smoke temperature exceeded
The warning is displayed until the ON/OFF key is pressed on the panel.
Do not restart the stove until the cause of shutdown has been removed.
To restart the stove in the event of an arrest let the shutdown procedure run its course (10 minutes marked by a beep) then press
the ON/OFF key.Never unplug the stove whilst it is shutting down after an arrest. It is important to report the warning displayed
on the panel to the DEALER. The following page contains some advice for each of the above cases.
Chimneys and smoke ducts connected to solid fuel burning equipment must be swept once a year (check whether specific
regulations
apply in your country). Lack of regular controls and cleaning increases the risk of fire in the chimney. Should a fire occur proceed
as follows:do not put out with water,empty the pellet tank,consult specialised personnel before restarting the machine after the
incident.

too much soot in heat exchanger
the screw feeder has not been filled
build up of unburnt material in
combustion chamber
Incorrect setting:
clock
programme enabling
programme enabling for the day
backup battery is drained,
inside the control board

SOLUTIONS
make sure the power cord is connected
check the fuse (on the power socket)
move nearer stove
check battery and replace if necessary
clean the heat exchanger from inside the firebox
Fill screw feeder
(see ignition paragraph)
clean combustion chamber
Check according to the instructions on
page 21
replace the backup battery
