5 Use an Ethernet cable to connect the printer directly to a METTLER TOLEDO weighing terminal or indirectly
over the company's Ethernet.
Note
For installation and configuration of the Ethernet interface you need to have basic knowledge of TCP/IP-based
networks, and of network technology in general. If necessary, contact the network administrator of your IT
department or your IT support.

3.4 Accessing Management and Entering Password

If Management under Accounts is set as On, the user will be asked to select the appropriate user name and
enter password after the printer is switched on.
Note: The user name and password are edited through Ticket+. Refer to [Setting User Account Page 19] for
more information.
Follow the instructions below to enter password.
1 When the LCD shows Select User, use
select the appropriate user name.
2 The printer asks to enter the password. The focus is on
the first digit.
3 User
