MODES
If you program the air conditioner in AUTO mode,
it will automatically select COOL, HEAT (for models
which have this function) or FAN ONLY mode,
depending on the room temperature. Once it has
selected the operating mode, it will save the opera-
ting conditions in the unit microprocessor memory.
From this time, the air conditioner will start to ope-
rate in the same conditions every time you press
the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
Switching
The OPERATION pilot light on the viewer panel on
the interior unit will start to flash.
1. Mode selection button (MODE)
Select "AUTO".
2. Temperature button (TEMP)
Set the required temperature. Normally between
21ºC and 28ºC.
3. On/off button
Press this button to switch on the air conditioner.
The OPERATION panel on the viewers on the inte-
rior unit will light up. An operating mode will be
selected according to the room temperature and,
after approximately 3 minutes, the device will start
to function.

Switching off

ON/OFF button
Press this button again to switch off the air conditio-
ner. If AUTO mode is not suitable, you can select the
conditions you prefer manually.
If you choose AUTO mode, you will not have to set a
speed for the fan. AUTO will appear on the fan speed
and the speed will be controlled automatically.
