Otherwise, it could cause a nuisance and make
the room temperature uneven. Adjust the air flow
direction grille with the remote control.
Manually adjust the horizontal grilles.
Adjust the direction of the vertical air flow
The air conditioner will automatically adjust the
vertical direction of the air flow, depending on the
operating conditions.
To set the air flow direction you require
Carry out this operation while the unit is in opera-
tion. Keep the AIR DIRECTION button on the remo-
te control pressed down so that the swinging grille
moves in the required direction.
Modify the direction of the vertical grille within the
range indicated.
In subsequent operations, the vertical air flow will
be automatically adjusted in the direction in which
you have adjusted the grille by pressing the AIR
DIRECTION button.
Activation of automatic movement of the
grille
This operation should be carried out with the air
conditioner in operation. Press the SWING button
on the remote control.
To stop this a function, press the SWING button
again. To change the air flow direction, press the
AIR DIRECTION button.
PRECAUTIONS
●
The AIR DIRECTION and SWING buttons will be
deactivated when the air conditioner is not wor-
king (even when ON TIMER is programmed).
●
Do not keep the air conditioner working for too
long with the air flowing downwards in cool or dry
mode. Condensation may appear on the surface of
the vertical grille and the droplets may drip down.
●
Do not move the vertical grille with your hand.
Always use the AIR DIRECTION button. If you
move the grille manually, it may happen that
when you switch the device on it does not opera-
te correctly. If the grille does not operate correctly,
switch off the air conditioner and then switch it on
again.
●
Once you have reset the device, the grille may not
move for around 10 seconds.
