Adjust the process gas flow as appropriate in order to allow the pump to always
spin at a speed value greater than 700Hz.
Run Up Time is the maximum amount of time for which the pump is allowed to
NOTE
spin at a speed value less than the normal operating speed.
The pump is not intended to spin for an indefinite time at a speed value lower than
700Hz. If the pump, due to the gas flow applied to it, spins at a speed value less
than 700Hz, the Run Up timer starts to count; when the counter value exceeds the
Run Up Time set value, the pump will stop and the error condition "Run Up Time"
will appear on the display.
If in normal operation (after the starting phase) the current drawn by the pump is

higher than programmed (1.8 A), the pump and the inter-connected devices are
switched off and the display will be as shown in the following figure.
Verify that systems has no leaks than press STOP RESET pushbutton twice to start
the pump.
Check that pump rotor is free to rotate then press the STOP RESET pushbutton
twice to start the pump.
If the upper bearing/pump temperature exceeds 60 °C, the pump is shut off, and

the display will be as shown in the following figure.
The message will stay on until the temperature decreases below threshold value.
Press the STOP RESET pushbutton twice to start the pump.
