6 Maintenance
The device is delivered with default adjustment settings. The date of
the last adjustment can be recalled in the menu.
Dräger recommends that the device be verified for accuracy once a
year. The tests for accuracy should only be carried out by persons
authorized by Dräger or DrägerService.
Comply with any applicable national, state or local guidelines or
regulations governing adjustments.

Charging the rechargeable battery

WARNING
Risk of burns and electric shock!
The use of power supply units that have not been approved by Dräger
can cause burns and electric shocks when charging the rechargeable
battery.
► Use only the power supply unit specified in the order list.
● Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port of the device and a
USB charger.
 The rechargeable battery will charge.

Cause
abrupt cessation or
inhalation.
Device error.
Remedy
Take the breath sam-
ple again after press-
ing the button.
If necessary, take a
manual or passive
breath sample.
Turn the device off
and then back on. If
the error persists,
contact DrägerService
or your dealer.
