Correct the polarity.
Secure connection(s).
Reposition solar panel.
Press the load on/off switch.
Connect a battery to the regulator, check correct polarity
and secure connection.
Correct load polarity.
Disconnect load and fully recharge battery.
Verify that load is not short-circuited and draws no more
than 30 A. Press the load on/off switch when everything is
OK.
