PROBLEM
Blender fails to start.
Unit does not respond to
button commands.
Blender smells like it is
burning.
There is grease around the
bottom of the blender jar or
on the counter top.
Blender jar is cloudy or
stained. How can I clean it?
PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION
• Make sure variable speed control knob is not in the

When bubbling subsides, add 2 cups (473 ml) water and blend on speed 10 for 1 minute. Wash any
remaining residue with dish soap and water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
