3. Operating instructions

3.1 Adjustment operation

Switch action
CAUTION:
Always check to see that the tool is switched off before
plugging in the tool.
To start the tool, press the "ON (I )" side of the switch. To
stop, press the "OFF (O)" side of the switch.
Operation
Hold the tool firmly. Turn the tool on and wait until it attains
full speed. Then gently place the tool on the workpiece
surface. A finishing sander is generally used to remove
only a small amount of material at a time. Since the quality
of the surface is more important than the amount of stock
removed do not bear down on the tool.

Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
For safe and proper working, always keep the machine
and ventilation slots clean.
The replacement of a damaged connection cable must
be carried out by STAYER or by an authorized technical
service for STAYER power tools in order to guarantee the
safety of the appliance.
If, despite careful manufacturing and control processes,
the power tool should break down, repair should be done
by an authorized STAYER power tool service.
For any query or request for spare parts, it is essential to
indicate the 10-digit article number that appears on the
nameplate of the power tool.
Do not connect the blue or brown wire to the earth terminal
of the plug. Important: If for any reason the moulded plug
is removed from the cable of this power tool, it must be
disposed of safely.

fill out the card completely and retum to vendar with a copy
of purchasing receipt or invoice and you should receive a
receipt.
Note: lf you cannot find the warranty card within
the documentation,youmust ask for it through your
supplier.
The warranty is limited only to manufacturing defects and
expire if pieces have been removed or manipulated or
repaired otherthan themanufacturer.

sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.
