Try opening the door as little as possible, especially when the weather is
warm and humid.
If you open the door, close it as soon as possible.
Permanently check , if the appliance is well-ventilated. The appliance has
to be well-ventilated from all sides.
Set the temperature control from a high to a low position as soon as it is
possible. This depends on the amount of contents and the room
temperature.
Encrusted ice causes a higher energy consumption. Defrost encrusted ice
if its diameter is more than 3 mm ( 1/8 '' ).
Occasionally clean the rear of your appliance with a brush or a vacuum
cleaner to avoid an increased energy consumption.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains if you do not operate it.
