Create the hose connection (25) for cold water supply
between FrostControl (24) and the inlet on the boiler.
Ensure that the cold water supply does not come into
contact with cold bridges (e.g. the outer wall) in order to
prevent freezing.
Route the hot water supply (26) from the elbow connec tion
with integrated vent valve (28) to the hot water consumers.
Push the venting hose, external diameter 11 mm (29), onto
the hose grommet of the venting valve (32), and lay it to the
outside without any kinks. Ensure that the bend radius is not
smaller than 40 mm.
Cut off the aeration hose about 20 mm below the vehicle floor
at a 45° angle to the direction of travel (see image).
Installing the room temperature sensor
When selecting the location, bear in mind that the room tem-
perature sensor must not be subjected to any direct radiant
heat. For optimum room temperature regulation, we recom-
mend that the room temperature sensor be fitted above the
entrance door.
Please ensure that the room temperature sensor is al-
ways attached to a vertical wall. There may be no ob-
structions preventing the room air from flowing around it.
Drill a hole 10 mm in diameter. Guide the connection cable
through the drillhole from behind and plug the cable end to
the sensor by means of an insulated connector plug (there is
no need to be concerned about polarity). Slide in the room
temperature sensor and lay the cable end with the two insu-
lated connector plugs to the heating electronics unit (extend
to a maximum overall length of 10 m using 2 x 0.5 mm² cable
if necessary).
The provided room temperature sensor must always be
connected, otherwise the heater will switch to fault.

Installing the control panel
(Combi 4 / Combi 6)
Reserve a place for the control panel at an easily visible loca-
tion. The scope of delivery includes a 3-metre connecting
cable (34).
Drill 55 mm dia. hole. Insert the plug (35) on the connection
cable (34) into the control panel (33). Make sure that the plug
engages in the control panel. Clamp the connecting cable (34)
into the control panel cable guide, slide through towards
the rear and route to the heater. Attach control panel with
4 screws (36) and fit the cover frame (37).

Installing the power selector switch and
the control panel
(Combi 4 E / Combi 6 E)
Select a clearly visible location for the control panel (33)
and the power selector switch (33a). The scope of delivery
includes a 3 m connecting cable (34) and a control panel
connecting cable (34a).
In each case, drill a hole with diameter 55 mm (distance
between centres of holes 66 mm). Connect control panel (33)
and power selector switch (33a) with control panel connecting
cable (34a). Attach connector (35) of connecting cable (34) to
power selector switch (33a). Please ensure that all connectors
engage properly. Clamp cables (34 + 34a) into control panel
cable guides. Slide connecting cable through towards the rear
and route to the heater.
