Be sure that the appliance is switched off and disconnected from the
mains outlet before adjusting the height. You can adjust the height of the
unit to your own particular requirements by turning the two adjustable

feet on the underside of the unit. There are 3 height levels. Each
adjustable foot will "click" in place when reaching one of the 3 levels.
Place the MEDISANA foot massager FM 883 on the floor in front of a
comfortable chair and plug the mains plug into the mains outlet.

Power on the unit by switching on the ON/OFF button

Upper back massage:
Turn the adjustable feet anticlockwise until you can feel resistance. You
can now hang the unit over the back of a chair. A chair with a high
back, such as an office chair, is best suited to this purpose.
Lower back massage:
Place the massager vertically on the seat of a chair, such that the unit
is leaning against and supported by the back of the chair.
Plug the unit into the mains, making sure that the lead is not stretched.
