1 Safety Information
about the power supply
•
Before connecting the device to your power supply, make sure
that it is switched off and that the electrical voltage specified on
the device's type label matches that of your mains power.
•
Keep the power cord and the device itself away from heat, hot
surfaces, damp and liquids. Avoid touching the plug or power
switch with wet or even damp hands, or when you are standing
in water.
•
If the device falls into water, do not tryto pick it up. Instead pull
the plug out immediately.
•
Always make sure that the plug is easily accessible when the
device is connected.
•
Always switch off the device immediately after using it and dis-
connect the plug from the socket.
•
Never pull on the power cord to disconnect the appliance from
the mains. Always pull out the mains plug!
•
Do not carry, pull or rotate the device by its power cord.
•
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by MEDI-
SANA, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
•
Make sure at all times that the power cord does not represent a
tripping hazard. The cord should not be kinked, pinched or
twisted.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
•
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
