Remedy
• Clean the sensor.
• Descale the sensor.

Start up the filter pump.
Correctly position the control device
Replace the control device.
Increase the water hardness with
OptiPond
Adjust the pump capacity accordingly
• Start manual the cleaning cycle and
use a brush to clean the Screen-
Matic screen on the side of the wa-
ter distributor (→ Manual cleaning)
• Clean the ScreenMatic screen from
the inside if the mesh is clogged by
a biofilm (→ Cleaning/replacing the
ScreenMatic screen)
Clean the sensor.

Adjust the pump capacity accordingly
Connect the plug, check that it is cor-
rectly seated.
Replace motor
Connect the plug, check that it is cor-
rectly seated.
Connect the transformer to the mains

Start up the filter pump.
• It takes several weeks for the bacteria to become estab-
lished and the foam filters to become fully effective.
• Use OASE filter starter Biokick to speed up the coloni-
sation of bacteria.
• Insert the separating plate.
