14. Maintenance and Servicing

Depending on the quality of the water, the local conditions and the rules and
regulations applicable on site, the fitting must be maintained and serviced at regular
intervals.
Perform maintenance on the following components:
• Jet controller (see
• Filters (see
• Flow rate regulator (see
Properly use suitable cleaning agents that are not harmful to the fittings and rinse
with water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.
14.1 Push up the cleaning clip (a) in front of the sensor.
The fitting is in sleep mode.

15. Replacing the Jet Controller

15.1 Use the special wrench (a; FAR Order No. 2000105960) to unscrew and remove the
anti-theft jet controller (b).

16. Replacing the Grit Filters

Filter for corner valve
16.1 Close the corner valve (c).
16.2 Trigger the valve.
16.3 Unscrew the connecting hose (a) together with the connector piece from the corner
valve.
16.4 Replace the filter (b).
16.5 Reassemble in the reverse order.
Filter for solenoid valve
16.6 Remove the solenoid valve cartridge (see
16.7 Use a flat nose pliers to pull the filter (d) out.
16.8 Replace the filter.

Important!
Ensure correct installation position. The rib of the filter must not lie on the flow-
through hole.
Reassemble in the reverse order.
