Red Velvet
Cupcakes
Ingredients:

1/2 tsp of vinegar
•
1/2 tsp of baking soda
•
1/2 tsp of baking powder
•
3/4 cup of sugar
•
1 egg
•
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Steps:
•
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
•
Combine the sugar and vegetable oil, then mix in the eggs, buttermilk,
vanilla, and red food coloring.
•
Stir in the coffee and vinegar.
•
Pour into your maker.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Serve with chocolate frosting.
