Peaches & Cream
Cupcakes
Ingredients:
•
1 peach, pealed and sliced
•
2 tbsp of lemon juice
•
1/2 cup of butter
•
3/4 cup of sugar
•
2 eggs
•
1 1/3 tsp of vanilla extract
Steps:
•
In a large bowl, blend the lemon juice and peach together until pureed.
•
Beat in the butter and sugar.
•
Add your eggs and vanilla.
•
Slowly, add your dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
•
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Serve with your favorite frosting.
