Lava stone trough Remove lava stones. Using a cleaning
brush, clean lava stone trough in the
sink with water and dishwashing liquid,

Lava stones Replace the lava stones once they are
black. This means the lava stones are
soaked with fat and can smoke heavily
during operation or the fat may ignite.
You can obtain appropriate lava rocks

Grease drip tray Clean in the dishwasher.
Control panel Clean with a soft, damp cloth and a bit
of dishwashing liquid; the cloth must
not become too wet. Dry off with a soft
cloth.
Immediately eliminate acidic foods
from the control panel (e.g. vinegar,
ketchup, mustard, marinades).
In order to maintain the control panel,
you can obtain suitable care oil (order
number 00311135) from your special-
ist dealer or from our online shop.
Apply the care oil evenly to the control
panel using a soft dishtowel.
Control knob Clean with a soft, damp cloth and a bit
of dishwashing liquid; the cloth must
not become too wet.
