Changing filters:
• Switch the MaxiFil off with the On/Off button (Fig. 3, No. 1).
• Prevent unintentional restarting by unplugging the device.
• Simultaneously pull the handles located on the filter change system upwards
until the end stop is reached (Fig. 5, No. 11).
The system is now held in position by a magnet.
• Grasp the main filter at the sides (Fig. 5, No. 4).
Lift it gently and pull it forwards out of the device.
• Pull off the sticker attached on the side of the filter element and use it to seal
the opening at the top of the filter element.
• In doing so, make sure to stir up as little dust as possible.
• Replace the filter cartridge with a new one. Make sure that the filter element is
pressed as far as the fan housing. In this case, the filter is positioned over the
seal in the axial direction with the housing and the filter change unit.
• Now, by means of the two handles, press the filter change system downwards
as far as the end stop (Fig. 5, No. 11).
• Plug the power cable back into the socket and turn on the device. The green
power indicator light on the On/Off button should come on and show the
device is running normally.
