Connections to be made
From the 16-pin backup camera harness to the aftermarket radio:
• Connect the Yellow RCA jack to the backup camera input.
From the 16-pin rear seat entertainment harness to the A/V in/outs
of the aftermarket radio:
• Connect the Black wire with a ring terminal to the chassis.
Note: This is required to eliminate possible engine noise. Only connecting
to the chassis will ensure this. Grounding elsewhere may not solve this.
From the RCA jacks tagged "FROM REAR A/V INPUT":
• Connect the Yellow RCA jack to the video in jack.
• Connect the Red RCA jack to the right audio in jack.
• Connect the White RCA jack to the right audio in jack.
From the RCA jacks tagged "TO OVERHEAD SCREEN":
• Connect the Yellow RCA jack to the video out jack.
• Connect the Red RCA jack to the right audio out jack.
• Connect the White RCA jack to the right audio out jack.

before proceeding to the next step.
Initializing the BX-GM5
• Turn the key to ignition, the L.E.D. inside the interface by the 16-pin harness
will turn on solid red.
• After 30 seconds the L.E.D. will turn off for a few seconds, and then flash up
to 15 times depending on what radio it sees connected to it, and then turn off
again. Refer to the L.E.D. feedback section for more information.
Note: If the L.E.D. does not turn off, it is not communicating to the vehicle. Turn
the key off, check all connections, and then try again.
