Limited Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HOME EQUIPMENT
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR MOVEMENT
EQUIPMENT.
BY USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
Brudden guarantees all new MOVEMENT products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the
warranty periods set out below.
The warranty periods start on the date of issue of the invoice for the purchase of the product issued by Brudden or
by the accredited reseller.
This warranty will apply only to defects discovered during the warranty period, and only to the original purchaser
of the product.
In order to use this warranty, the buyer must contact an authorized MOVEMENT technical assistant in less than 30
days after discovering any non-compliance and leave the equipment available for inspection by Brudden or its
authorized technical assistance.
Brudden's commitment to this warranty is limited as shown below.
Warranty and coverage periods
IMPORTANT: To be fully covered by the terms described, IT IS NECESSARY TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT on
the website www.movement.com.br/garantia.
If the registration is NOT EFFECTED, ONLY the legal guarantee of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90
(ninety) days will be validated.
- 1 (one) year for 2.0 and 3.0 hp engines, including the legal guarantee of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II)
of 90 (ninety) days;
- 1 (one) year for chassis (except painting) and 1.2 hp engine, already included the legal guarantee of the Consumer
Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days;
- 1 (one) year for electronic plates and components, parts and mechanical parts, painting in general and labor, inclu-
ding the legal guarantee of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days.
Conditions and restrictions
1. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS IN THE PROFESSIONAL MOVEMENT LINE ONLY WHEN:
a) - The product is with the original buyer and with the original proof of purchase (purchase invoice issued by
Brudden or accredited reseller);
b) - Has not been subject to: accidents, improper or negligent use, improper operation, abuse, improper
transport and storage, maintenance not in accordance with the specifications contained in the instruction
manual, improper service, or modification not carried out by Brudden;
c) - The spare parts used are supplied by Brudden (original);
d) - The use of sliding liquid for conveyors is provided by Brudden;
e) - Claims made within the warranty period;
