THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO
a) - Natural wear parts and finishing items such as: canvas, board, motor bearings, rubber shock absorbers, belts in
general, pulse sensor, plastic fairings and finishes, adhesives, saddle, foam seat or back, wheels transport,
pedalboards with firm-foot belt, steel cables, foams, shoes and brake straps;
b) - Products repaired or modified by third parties, without prior written authorization from Brudden;
c) - Products used in places with high fluctuations in temperature and humidity, such as saunas and near heated
pools, or which suffer direct salt spray;
d) - Damage to the electrical and electronic parts caused by electrical discharges and great variations in the voltage
of the electrical network outside the range indicated in the instructions for use or failure in the necessary basic and
preventive maintenance as also described in the manual;
e) - Software updates (PROM);
f) - Repairs made to MOVEMENT products without the serial number or with the altered and / or damaged
identification;
No displacement or technical service for product installation and assembly or instruction to owners on how to use
the product.
The Brudden Limited Warranty service can be obtained by contacting the authorized dealer from whom the product
was purchased. Expenses resulting from eventual transportation or freight of the product to a technical assistance,
transportation or technical visit carried out by an authorized assistant, are borne by the buyer, whether or not the
product is covered by this guarantee.
The liability of this warranty is limited exclusively to the repair, modification or replacement of the supplied product.
Brudden is not responsible for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment and installations, loss of profit or
any consequential or consequential damages.
Brudden reserves the right to stop the manufacture of its products without prior notice and / or modify the
specifications and make improvements to the same products at any time, without incurring the obligation to carry
out the same on products previously manufactured.
Installation of Components / Parts / Accessories
The components and / or parts that may be installed by Brudden or through an authorized technical assistant
within the warranty period of manufacture of the equipment, will have a warranty identical to the warranty of
the equipment in which they were installed or assembled.
Components and / or parts that may not be installed by Brudden or through an authorized technical assistant as
part of the original equipment sale, will have a parts and service warranty limited to 90 (ninety) days, being the
same legal guarantee as Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days.
AN ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE REQUIRED IN ANY CASE.

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The MOVEMENT Professional Limited Warranty service can be obtained by contacting an authorized dealer from
whom the product was purchased.
Expenses resulting from eventual transportation or product freight to a technical assistance, displacement or
technical visit carried out by a technical assistant, are borne by the buyer, whether or not the product is covered
by this guarantee.
The liability of this warranty is limited exclusively to the repair, modification and / or replacement of the supplied
product.
Brudden is not responsible for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment, installations, lost profits or
any emergent or consequential damages caused by a lack of corrective or preventive maintenance by the user /
buyer on their equipment.
