D- USING YOUR PRODUCT
Loading foodstuff to your cooler
You can load your foodstuff to your device after running it empty state for three (3) hours. (If your product is a
thermometer installed model, you can control internal temperature of your product from here.)
CAUTION!
Before loading your cooler with foodstuff, run your cooler empty for three (3) hours.
Do not place products/substances that are dangerous to be cooled down into your cooler.
Do not defrost frozen products in your cooler.
Do not load your product with food over the loading line.
Defrosting
Your product has automatic defrosting function. This system remains a thin layer of frost instead of a thick
one on the internal surface of your cooler. This frost layer is melted in certain intervals during the week by
means of the defrosting system.
However, in some special occasions, this defrosting operation may not melt the frost deposit on the surface
(very damp environment, frequently opening and closing the doors etc.) In such cases it is useful to perform
manual defrost in addition to the set period.
You can perform manual defrost by pressing defrost button on the electronic thermostat
EN
Another point to consider is that, there must be at least 24 hours between two manual defrost commands.
Although your device melts frost deposit and icing automatically, it is useful to shut down the device and
cleaning the inside of the device thoroughly once or twice a year, in terms of internal hygiene.
Other models have manual defrost function.
Manual Defrost Operation
If there is excessive frost deposit on internal cooling combs of your device, this will lead decrease in the cool-
ing capacity and increase in energy consumption.
If the frost deposit is high, place the products inside of your device to another suitable environment..
Unplug your device. Frost deposit generally melts in two (2) hours. Place a container at water discharge for
preventing the melted ice waters to damage the floor.
After defrosting operation, wipe internal walls of your device with a dry cloth to make sure that they are not
wet.
Run your device empty again for three (3) hours and wait for it to cool down. Then you can place your food-
stuff in it.
There may be a slight fog deposit on the glasses during defrost. This fog deposit is normal and will disap-
peared when returning to normal operation.
