Transmission

The transmission gear reduction assembly is completely enclosed in a die-cast
aluminum housing with a sealed lubrication system and is maintenance free. A
monthly inspection for leaks and housing damage is recommended. After the first
year of use, Beta Max suggests an inspection by a factory service center.

Roller Mounting Tops

Inspect and/or clean I-Beam surfaces to make sure no mud, dirt, or other debris is
present. Ensure all bolts and securing hardware are tight and rollers are turning
freely before using hoist.
