SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
Never point the tool outlet toward people, coating materials or compressed
air can cause injury and other body damages. Lubricant injection can cause
necrosis, or even the loss of a limb. In the case of the injection it is neces-
sary to immediately ask for a medical assistance. Before starting the instal-
lation, work, repair, maintenance and changing of accessories, or when you
are working near pneumatic tool, because of many risks, you should read
and understand the safety instructions.
if the above mentioned steps are not taken, it may result in serious in-
jury. Installation adjustment and installation of pneumatic tools may be
performed only by qualifi ed and trained staff . Do not modify the pneumat-
ic tool. Modifi cations can reduce the effi ciency and level of security, and
increase the risk for a tool operator. Do not discard the safety instructions,
you must pass them to the tool operator. Do not use pneumatic tool, when
it is damaged.
It is required that the operators and service personnel have undergone ap-
propriate training in use and repair of the device.
It is forbidden to use any other gas instead of compressed air.
The use of other gases may lead to serious personal injury, result in a fi re
or risk of explosion.
When you are connecting the tool to the compressed air installation you
should take into account the space required on the hose, to avoid damage
to the hose or couplings.
At the place of work there should be ensured an eff ective ventilation. The
lack of eff ective ventilation may cause damage to health, result in a fi re or
risk of explosion.
The tool is not designed for use in explosive atmospheres.
Keep the tool away from sources of heat and fi re, as this may cause dam-
age to the device or deterioration in its performance.
Observe general safety rules at works with spray materials, apply the rel-
evant personal protective equipment such as goggles, masks and gloves.
During operation or maintenance works, there is a risk of absorbing the
spray media or preservative particles due to:
- insuffi cient natural or forced ventilation,
- improper atomizing pressures,
- insuffi cient optimization of the spraying parameters in order to reduce
pollution,
- wrong distance between the tool nozzle and sprayed place, the distance
should be selected depending on the type of spaying media,
- absorbtion of solvent vapours or other dangerous substances
- inappropriate application of something, for example by using a wrong
spray medium.
Never leave assembled pneumatic system without supervision of the per-
son, who is authorized to its operation. Do not allow for children access
near the assembled pneumatic system.
Powered by the compressed air, at high pressure, can result a tool recoil
in the opposite direction to the ejection of processed material. You must
exercise caution. because the recoil forces can, under certain conditions,
result in multiple injuries.
It is recommended that you test the tool before starting work. It is recom-
mended that the people, who are working with the tool, have been ade-
quately trained. This will signifi cantly increase the safety of work.
Follow the instructions from the manufacturer of spray materials and apply

them in accordance with the principles of personal protection, fi re safety
and environment protection. Failure to comply with the recommendations of
the manufacturer of spray materials, can lead to a serious injury.
In order to assess the compatibility with applied spray materials, the list of
materials used for tool production, will be available on demand.
When you are working with compressed air, throughout the system an
energy accumulates. You should exercise caution. during work and work
pauses, to avoid the risks which may result from collected energy of com-
pressed air.
Due to the possibility of accumulation of static charge, the measurements
should be made in order to know, whether a tool grounding will be neces-
sary. the use of surface, which is dispersing electric charges and / or the
use of compressed air installation. It is required to perform the installation
and assembly of such installation by a staff with appropriate qualifi cations.
Never point the spray material stream on a source of heat or fi re, this
may be a cause of fi re.
WORKING WITH THE PRODUCT
Preparation for work
Make a visual inspection whether the gun is not damaged and that the
outlet nozzle is not clogged.
Using a spanner, tight and probably tighten the connector to the air inlet
of the gun.
Check for leaks and fi rmness of the connections with power system of
compressed air.
Blow through the air supply hose, before connecting it to the installation.
Before using the gun to make sure, that was subject, in an appropriate
manner, to cleaning and maintenance.
Adjust the air pressure in the pneumatic system in such a way, that you
do not to exceed the maximum working pressure of the gun and do not to
damage the surface which is being cleaned.
Making sure that the gun trigger is not pressed, then connect the gun to the
installation of compressed air supply.
Work with the gun
Direct the nozzle outlet in the direction of cleaned surface and press the
trigger. When you work with the gun, large amount of dust can be produced,
due to this you should unconditionally apply the personal protection equip-
ment, such as safety goggles and mask.
Cleaning and maintenance
After completion of work, you should disconnect the gun from the com-
pressed air system and clean the gun housing by using a cloth made of
soft material. Then blow through the gun nozzle with clean air for a few
seconds.
After cleaning the gun you should apply a small amount of lubricant on
moving parts of the seals.
Handling of waste tools
Worn tools are secondary raw materials, it is forbidden to dispose of them
together with household waste, because they contain substances harmful
to human health and the environment! Please actively support the cost-ef-
fective management of natural resources and environmental protection by
passing the used equipment to the point of storage for worn out devices.
To reduce the amount of disposed waste it is necessary to re-use them,
recycle or recover in another form.
