1. Select the Preheat menu to preheat the baskets (without food).
2. Once the fryer is hot, place the food in the basket.
3. Select the desired menu pressing the

the Start/Pause button to start cooking.
7. Once the cooking process is complete, you can change the
temperature and time settings by pressing the Start/Pause button,
introduce the temperature and time adjustments you require and
then press the Start/Pause button again to restart cooking.
8. During the cooking process, remove the basket and shake or turn
the food one or more times to ensure even cooking and browning.
IMPORTANT:

case, be sure to place the inner and outer basket on a stable, heat-
resistant surface. Then press the release button on the basket and
