Q1.
Red LED blinking:
Low battery indicator; please recharge your battery as soon as possible.
Q2.
Can't power up the Car-Kit after charging more than 20 minutes:
For the first time, the Car-Kit should be charged at least 40 minute prior tuning on, It is recommended that the battery should be fully charged before using
the Car-Kit.
Q3.
Without charging indicator:
When the battery runs off or the Car-Kit has not been used for a while, the Red LED may take a while to light up after the charger connected.
Q4.
Can't hear anything on the Car-Kit: you should check the followings
HCC-250 is power on
HCC-250 has paired with a mobile phone
HCC-250 should connected with a mobile phone (except the handset only supports phone Profile)
HCC-250 and mobile phone are within 10m / 30 feet
HCC-250 and mobile phone should have good signal strength
Q5.
Car-Kit can not be found when a mobile phone tries to pair with it:
Your HCC-250 Car Kit may not be in the pairing mode, please refer section 2.4.1 for details.
Q6.
Do the paired Car-Kit or the paired mobile phone need to be repaired power off?
No. Please note that for the mobile phone supporting handsfree profile, the Car-Kit and the phone must be connected first. Refer section 2.4.4 for details.
Q7.
Voice dialing does not work:
First check if the phone supports voice dialing function; make sure you have recorded the voice tag. Please note that noisy environment will affect voice
dialing.
