SCOPE
This manual covers the only Multilift. If the Tool on your Multilift is either a Clamp or a Roll Turning tool then
there is extra information on these tools in a separate section that follows at the end of this Manual.

2. WARRANTY
Exclusions
• Batteries and wheels are excluded.
• TORROS is not liable for defects arising out of materials provided or designs stipulated by the customer.
• If no defective is found for which the supplier is liable, he shall be entitled to compensation for the costs
incurred as a result of the customers notice.
• Loose fixings or other faults that should be picked up by regular preventative maintenance are not covered
and will be charged for.
• Normal Wear and Tear and routine replacement of parts are not covered. Likewise any defect which is the
result of misuse or alteration or incorrect maintenance or neglect or accident is not covered.
Conditions
• If there is a fault, it must be reported immediately. If the defective part is likely to cause damage this must
be in writing.
• The machine must not be used until the defective part is repaired or replaced lest it affects other parts of
the machine.
• Repairs will be made "back to base" so that collection is your responsibility.
• Customers with minor faults, wishing to see their machine repaired more quickly, will be offered the
opportunity to fit the spare part themselves – without invalidating their warranty.
• In this case, the faulty part(s) must be returned to TORROS before credit will be given.
• Replaced parts will carry the same warranty and conditions as the rest of the machine.
