• Pull the shoulder strap through the red guide (B) under the headrest. Slide the guide locking
element of the guide to prevent the car belt from slipping out.
•Place the lap belt and shoulder belt under the armrest using the lap belt guides (E).
Tighten the vehicle seat belt by pulling the first section of the hip belt, and then the shoulder
belt section. Make sure that the lap belt is stretched as low as possible over the child's hips,
placed in the guides and fixed in the buckle. The shoulder belt should pass between the
shoulder and the neck of the child. Make sure that the belt does not chafe the child's neck.
Tip: You can also change the height of the headrest when the seat is placed in the vehicle.
Make sure the vehicle safety belt buckle is not placed on the lap belt guide (E).
5.2 Installing the car safety seat in weight groups 2 and 3 using the vehicle 3-point safety
belts and extra attachments.
IMPORTANT The instruction manual of the vehicle manufacturer specifies the location of the
fixing points and other necessary information regarding the installation of the seat in the car.
The user MUST read the instruction manual of the vehicle manufacturer.
• To facilitate the seat installation, slide the ISOFIX guides (L) on the vehicle seat support
points.
• Pull both ISOFIX (I) attachments out of the seat base. To do this, pull and hold the release
button (K) and pull out the ISOFIX attachment. Repeat the steps above to pull out the
attachment on the other side of the seat.
• Grab the seat with both hands and push both attachments to the attachment points in the
car seat until you hear a "click" of each ISOFIX attachment.
NOTE! The locking attachments are secure only when both button markers are completely
green.
• Pull and hold the release buttons (K) simultaneously to move the child seat backwards as
far as possible. Make sure that the back of the child seat adheres firmly to the backrest of
the vehicle seat.
• Grab the child seat and make sure it is securely fastened without play. If it moves and ISOFIX
attachments slip out, repeat the previous steps.
• Then fasten your child using the vehicle seat belts. Details are described in the relevant part
under Section 5.1.
5.3 Removing the child seat (ISOFIX fastening system)
• Press the ISOFIX release buttons (J) located on both ISOFIX arms. The attachments are
released and the colour of the markers turns red. Pull in the ISOFIX arms back in the child
seat base.
6.1 Removing/putting on the cover
• Removing the headrest cover: Detach the fasteners on the back of the cover and remove it
from the headrest.
• Removing the backrest cover: Tilt the elastic loops securing the cover to the back of the seat
backrest and slide the cover of the child seat side panels.
• Removing the seat cover: Detach the elastic loops at the lower part of the seat, remove the
material from under the guides (E) and take the cover off the base.
