Thanks for choosing the USB video capture STV50 from Sveon, a small device compatible with 60Hz video sources which
will allow you to capture your best video games from your games console in your PC. Besides, tanks to your STV50 you
will be able to turn your PC into a real video editing center. STV50 USB includes video and audio outputs to capture video
signal from external video source as camcorders, VCD/DVD players or games consoles easily.
Through this user guide we will show you how to install and use this device to get the best performance.

• External USB video capture compatible with 60Hz video sources that will allow you to capture videos from games con-
soles and other external video sources.
• High quality video capture and direct audio capture.
• Compliant with the following OS: Microsoft® Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7
• Real time recording function wich allows you to record live signal
• Thanks to its AV, SVideo and YpBpr inputs you can connect different external video sources, including those ones wor-
king to 60Hz, as camcorders, VCD/CD/DVD players and games consoles. Besides it includes RCA audio input (left and
right audio channels).
• Direct screenshot function just pressing a button.
• Includes Power Director and Power Producer programs from Cyberlink to create professional movies. Also it includes Vi-
vaStation software to capture from games consoles with full screen preview.
• Power Director will allow you to adapt your captured videos to directly share them in the Internet or for playing in multi-
media devices such tablets or mobile phones.
• The device doesn´t need extra power supply because it is USB powered-only (USB 2.0).

PC Connection
1. Connect the device to the PC through an available USB port.
2. Turn the PC on.
3. First time you connect the device to the computer, the Windows assistant for new devices appears. Please click on "Can-
cel" and go to the "Software and driver installation" section in this user guide.
Note. The device includes an USB cable to make easier the connection between the computer and the STV50.
