Place four 5mm Hex Bolts into the slots, one bolt for each slot, of the rough bracket before installing the floor mount tub filler. Temporarily suspend the flange to the mid section of the floor mount tub filler by using tape so it does not get in the way of installation.

Install the six-sided part of the shower hose by screwing it into the hose outlet of the floor mount tub filler. Install the hand shower to the other end of the hose.
