1.8 Heart rate
Wear the watch tight on your wrist, select
Heart rate and it starts to measure. The mea-
surement will be completed in 10-20 sec-
onds.
1.9 Blood pressure
Wear the watch tight on your wrist. Select
Blood pressure and it starts to measure. The
measurement will be completed in 10-20
seconds.
1.10 Music
Connected to the APP, start any music in your
mobile phone. Select Music and you can
control mobile phone music by start, pause
and skip
1.11 Sleep
Wearing your watch at night, your Sleep will
be monitored every night from 6 o'clock PM
to 10 o'clock AM in next morning. The watch
displays deep sleep, light sleep and total
sleep duration. You save the data by being
connected to the app and synchronize every
day.
1.12 Stopwatch
Start and pause/stop by tapping icon or
pressing the A button.
1.13 Find phone
When connect with app, tap Find phone in
menu and the phone will vibrate and sound
to be found, if mobile settings allow. Open
the app to turn off.
1.14 Breathing
Before you tap to start, you can set the breath-
ing pace (slow/medium /fast) and duration
(1, 2 or 3 min).
1.15 Massage
Tap the green icon or top button to start the
massage and stop by tapping the red icon
or button.
1.16 Lady assistant
Set the information about your last periods
in the app and the watch will remind you of
the estimated phases of your coming period.
1.17 Menu style
Select between list or rotating menu.
1.18 Settings
1. Language:
The language of the watch will by default be
identical with the language of the connected
mobile. If your mobile language is not repre-
sented in watch, English is default. There are
6 languages optional. Choose Language in
Settings and select preferred language.
2. Dial Switch:
Switch your dial by swiping right or left to
select and tap preferred watch face. You can
also customize or select from a wider range
by entering Watch face in the app.
3. Screen time:
Set the screen time. The watch automatically
turns of the display when timed out.
4. Vibration intensity:
Set the Vibration intensity of the watch.
5. Password:
Enable a password for your watch. Set a
four-digit password to open your watch. You
can also Change the code.
6. Factory reset:
When selecting Factory reset, all collected
data in the watch will be deleted.
