5.2.4 Finding the optimal feed rate
In test mode, the optimum feed rate can be determined to ensure that only one part is fed to the balance at a
time.
The LED Ready is lit up.
1 To enter the test mode, press and hold the button Feed
rate / Test for at least 5 seconds.
The feeder starts dispensing until a part passes
through the light barrier. It then stops for 2.5 seconds
and continues feeding until the next part passes
through the light barrier.
2 Press the button Feed rate / Test to select the feed rate.
3 To quit the test mode, press the button Start / Stop /
Discharge.
5.2.5 Configuring the part size
During the configuration, the part size level is indicated by the four green LEDs as follows:
To configure the part size for the feed rate set, proceed as follows:
The LED Ready is lit up.
1 Press and hold both buttons at the same time for 5
seconds.
The LED Ready goes out.
2 To change the part size set, press the button Feed rate /
Test.
3 To quit the setting mode, press both buttons at the same
time again.
The LED Ready is lit up.
