INSTALLATION - ASSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES
• Fix the handle (2) using the kit supplied: screws (9), washers (10) and nuts (12) (INDO) (in this case use
a 13 mm fixed jaw spanner, not supplied). Operation B in Fig. 1.
• Unwind the high pressure hose (35) and screw the end (without the quickfit coupling) onto the spray
gun (24) thread and tighten well with two 22 mm fixed jaw spanners (not supplied). Operation E
in Fig. 5.
• Connect the quickfit coupling (36) to the water outlet fitting (16), screw down and tighten the ring nut
by hand. Operation F in Fig. 5.
• Insert the gasket (26) in the water inlet fitting (17) and screw the water inlet hose-end fitting (25) on
to it. Operation C in Fig. 5.
• Follow the instructions given in the "Routine maintenance" and "Special Maintenance" paragraphs.
• Take the high pressure cleaner to the place of work using the handle (2).
• Engage the parking brake (20).
• Using the clamp (63) supplied, fix a supply hose with an inside diameter of 19 mm/0.75 in to the water
inlet hose-end fitting (25). Operation H in Fig. 5.
• Completely unwind the high pressure hose (35).
• Open the water supply tap (if connected to the drinking water mains it is mandatory to use a back-flow
preventer: to use this device refer to the relevant instruction manual), making sure there are no drips.
Alternatively, put a suction hose in a tank.
• Make sure the master switch (1) is on "0" position and insert the plug. Operation L in Fig. 5.
INDO
• Move the master switch (1) to "1" position: mains voltage is indicated when LED (43) turns on.
• Press the spray gun lever (22) and wait for a continuous jet of water to come through which means
the pump is priming correctly.
• Move the master switch (1) to "0" position and close the water supply tap.
• Press the spray gun lever (22) to discharge any residual pressure.
• Connect the lance hose (29) to the spray gun (24), tightening right down. Operation G in Fig. 5.
LENA
• Move the master switch (1) to "1" position: mains voltage is indicated when LED (43) turns on. If the
emergency push button (40) has been pressed, reset it by pulling it upwards.
• Press the START push button (21) to start the machine.
• Press the spray gun lever (22) and wait for a continuous jet of water to come through which means
the pump is priming correctly.
• Press the STOP push button (42) to stop the machine, move the master switch (1) to "0" position and
close the water supply tap.
• Press the spray gun lever (22) to discharge any residual pressure.
• Connect the lance hose (29) to the spray gun (24), tightening right down. Operation G in Fig. 5.
