Typical Malfunctions and Faults Rectification
Are you having trouble connecting and using the headphones?
1. Make sure the headphones are charged. Charge the battery
before using the headphones.
2. Make sure the headphones and the Bluetooth device are
within the Bluetooth coverage area (10 m). This distance may vary
depending on the environment of the devices used, presence of
obstacles and electromagnetic interference.
3. Increase the volume on your mobile device.
4. Try resetting the headphone settings and redo pairing with
another mobile device.

Conditions of Operation
Do not store the device in extreme temperatures (above 50°C or
below -20°C). This can cause reduction of battery life and adversely
affect performance of the headphones.
Conditions of Transportation and Storage
When packaged, the device can be transported in any type of

closed vehicles at temperatures ranging from –20°C to + 60°C with
protection from direct exposure to precipitation, solar radiation
and mechanical damage. It is allowed to use and store the device
at temperatures from –20°C to +50°C and relative humidity of 30
~ 90%. Long-term storage is allowed only in original packaging
and in dark, dry, clean, well-ventilated closed room, isolated from
storage of acids and alkalis. Permissible ambient temperature
range is from –20°С to +50°С. Permissible relative environment
humidity is 30 ~ 90%.

Safety Precautions

1. The device must be used only as intended.
2. Use the device only with compatible accessories.
3. It is forbidden to disassemble the device and introduce changes
to its design. Maintenance and repair of the device should be
carried out only by authorized service centers.
4. If any part of the device is damaged or a malfunction is detected,
stop using it immediately and contact a service center.
5. Do not switch on or use the device if it is damaged.
6. Do not allow moisture, rain or liquids to get on the device and
USB-cable; do not touch them with wet hands. Do not use the
device in places with high humidity (for example, in a bathroom).
7. Do not leave the device in places exposed to high temperatures,
