6. Level the Bath
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. This bath is very heavy. Obtain sufficient help to carefully lift
or move the bath.
IMPORTANT! Do not lift the bath by the faucet, fittings, or drain. Lift only by the metal frame.
IMPORTANT! Do not damage the leveling feet by dragging or sliding the bath across the floor.
NOTICE: Lift the bath by the metal frame whenever possible.
With help, carefully lift the bath into the alcove.
Confirm that the drain and water supply connections line up with the drain and valve.
NOTE: The leveling feet have internal hex holes in the top of the threaded studs.
Lower the bath so the apron is flush with the floor by turning the leveling feet counterclockwise
with a 1/4" hex wrench.
Check the bath for level in several locations along the rim.
Level the bath by using a 1/4" hex wrench to turn the leveling feet up or down as needed. Make
sure all four leveling feet are making contact with the floor surface.
Use a ratchet wrench with 3/4" deep socket to tighten the nuts and washers against the metal frame
to secure the leveling feet.
