The door has been designed and built in accordance with the applicable European regulations, incorporating
safety devices:
• Power cut-off device located on the machine's control panel, the select and supply of which is the client's
obligation.
• Light curtain:
they generate a detection field with straight and crossed beams with a maximum height of 2.5 m. As soon as
one or more infra-red beams are interrupted, the sensor output is transmitted to the door control panel. As
soon as the detection zone is free, the output changes its status again to detection field „Free".
• Photocell:
It is a very powerful polarized mirror reflection sensor located in the upper drawer of the door that checks
the correct unrolling of the canvas.
And there are other optional systems to minimize the risk:
• Control by means of a pressure-maintained button.
• Warning signals to warn of operation.
• Traffic light:
This device has two lights (green and red) or three lights (green, yellow and red). When the door is opening or
is at its opening limit, the green light is on. A few seconds before the door begins to close, the orange light (if
there is one) comes on until the door begins to close, then the red light comes on.
• Flashing indicator:
This indicator is a light device programmed according to the required need. It can be programmed to be acti-
ve for the entire time the door is in operation (both opening and closing) or it can be programmed to come on
only while the door is closing.
• Sound warning:
A sound is produced every time the door is opened and closed.
ATTENTION: The safety elements must not be manipulated, nor put out of service, as this implies a serious
risk to people.
In addition to the safety elements mentioned above, it is necessary that the users authorized to use the door
are trained in its operation.
This user manual must be handed to the customer and must be kept in a safe place throughout the whole period of use!
