6. MALFUNCTIONS

ATTENTION: All checks shall be carried out by taking the appropriate security measures:
• Do not check the connection of cables with the power switched on.
• All cable connections and disconnections must be made with the power switched off.
• Check that no one is in the door opening.

Breakdowns that you cannot fix yourself:
Please have the following information available before contacting technical service:
• The serial number (s/n), as shown on the rating plate.
• The control panel has an error log, if possible provide the service centre with the error information.
Note: This error code can also be found in the control box manual.

Solution
Connect the power supply
Consult control panel error log. See if it is possible to
solve it, if not, contact the technical service.
• Remove the obstacle
• Clean the guide / photocells / light curtain
Change the batteries
Secure the door to the motor
• Let the motor cool down.
• Check the fuse status.
• Check the current.
