5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The machine does not work.
The absorbing force
becomes weaker.
The ultraviolet light does
not work.

Possible causes
The power plug is not inserted
tightly.
The power socket has no
electricity.
The on/off button is not pressed.
Intake air filter cotton is too
dusty, causing protector
turn on
Too many foreign objects are
attached on the filter cotton and
dust tank.
There is too many foreign objects
in the second-level cyclone cover.
Intake air filter cotton is too
dusty, as a result, it may turn on
protector
The ultraviolet light is badly
reflected on the surface of
cleaned object, or it is far away
from the cleaned object.
The machine stops on the
blanket.
The machine is placed upright.
The transparent film on the
infrared detector at the bottom of
the machine is covered with dirt
or too much dust.
The ultraviolet tube is damaged.
Solutions
Check if the power plug is
inserted tightly.
Check the socket.
Press the on/off button.
Clean the suction inlet.
Clean the dust tank and
filter cotton.
Clean the foreign objects
on the second-level
cyclone cover.
Clean the dust from the
intake filter.
In normal condition, the
ultraviolet light will be
started automatically when
the machine is 5cm away
from the object.
Move the machine forwards
and backwards on the
blanket.
The machine inclination
shall not exceed 30º.
Wash the transparent film
on the detector with half
dry cotton cloth.
Contact after-sale staff to
change ultraviolet tube.
