Before first use

1. All parts of the kitchen machine are to be thoroughly cleaned before
being used for the first time. (see section: Cleaning).
2. Take out the required length of cable from the base and connect the
device to the mains supply.
Trial use
1. First mix up the ingredients as what the manufacturer indicates, then
press the level knob (No. 4) in anti-clockwise direction to lift the swiveling
arm.
2. Assemble the mixing bowl (No. 3) filled with ingredients, then lock it
clockwise.
3. Insert the dough hook (No.11) the flat beater (No. 12) or the wire whip
(No. 13) into the drive shaft and lock it clockwise.
4. Press the swiveling arm (No. 1) downwards by turning the level knob in
clockwise direction.
Application of kneading machine
A. To mix or knead dough:
1. Our suggestion of flour and water at a ratio of 5:3.
2. When filling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum quantity
1500g is not exceeded.
3. The kneading hook or flat beater should be used.
4. Adjust firstly speed 1 to mix 10 seconds, then speed 2 to mix
10 seconds, afterwards speed 3 for about 3 minutes.
5. Use the tool no longer than 5 minutes continuously at a time and keep
it 20 minutes to cool down.
B. Whipping egg whites or cream
1. Switch on speed 4 to speed 6, whip the egg whites without stopping for
about 5 minutes, according to the size of the eggs, until stiff.
2. Maximum quantity is 24 eggs.
3. For whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream at speed 4 to 6 for about 5
Minutes.
4. When filling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients,
please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
5. The wire whip should be used.
6. Use the wire whip no more than 10 minutes continuously at a time and
let it cool down for 15 minutes.
