1. After the mixing tool is disassembly, the cover can be assembly or disassembly directly.
2. Insert the mixing bowl into the base of the machine at the correct position and lock it
clockwise.
Note: Rotate the mixing bowl counterclockwise, and then you can lift it out.
Assembly of mixing tools
1. Hold the Top of the machine with one hand, and press the Lock button with other hand. Then
Top of machine will slowly rise to the highest position.
2. Select one of the mixing tools, insert it into the Output shaft, then turn it counterclockwise
and fix correctly.
3. Keep pressing the lock button and push down the top of machine to horizontal position by
hand. At this time, release the lock button and the top part will be locked.
Note: The mixing tool can be disassembly according to the reverse order of Assembly.

Turn on the appliance
1. Fill in the food material you are about to mix, and please don't overload the bowl. The
maximum load for the machine is in the attached chart.
2. If the steps above were completed perfectly, then push down the head of the machine, in a
locked and horizontal position.
3. Plug the power cord to the socket.
4. Turn the speed adjust knob to the required speed gear, the appliance starts to mixing.
Note:
 Dough hook can only use speed 1 or speed 2. Mixing dense food at a faster speed will damage
this appliance.
 The "P" speed is pulse, keep turning the speed knob at P position, the appliance mixing at the
fastest speed.The "P" speed is only suitable for Beater or Whisk mixing soft food.
 It is recommended to use speed 1 to mix the food evenly, and then use other faster speed.
