PROBLEM
Burner does not ignite
NOTE

If you cannot solve the problem with one of the solutions mentioned, please contact your dealer or the responsible distributor.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Control knob is not in maximum
position (large flame).
LPG cylinder valve is closed /
empty.
Blockage in the injector.
Air in the gas circuit.
Low gas pressure.
Igniter failed.
Loose/leaky connections.
Dirt accumulated around burner.
Low flames or not fully rotating
around the burner.
Thermocouple not working
properly.
Low gas pressure.
Control knob not set to 'Low'.
Burner not properly seated.
Outside temperature is above 5˚C
and LPG cylinder is below 25% full.
Gas line is bent or kinked.
Control knob is not in maximum
position (large flame).
Dirt or film on burner.
Gas pressure too low.
Base is not flat, firm and/or level.
Burner ports are blocked.
Blockage in the burner.
SOLUTION
Turn the control knob to maximum position
(large flame).
Open the valve / replace the LPG cylinder
with a new one.
Clean or replace injector.
Open the gas line and vent it (by pressing
the control knob) for no more than 1 minute
or until you smell gas.
Replace the LPG cylinder with a new one.
Use match to light burner; replace the
battery or get a new ignition and replace it.
Check the connections.
Clean dirt around the burner.
Flame spreader holes partially closed; clean
the burner.
Replace thermocouple (FSD).
Replace the LPG cylinder with a new one.
Turn control knob to 'Low'.
Confirm burner correctly and try again.
Replace the LPG cylinder with a new one.
Straighten the hose and perform a leak test
on the gas line.
Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position,
allow to cool to room temperature and
check the burner and vents for blockage.
Clean the burner.
Clean the burner.
Replace the gas bottle.
Place the foot on a flat, firm and horizontal
surface.
Turn OFF the device. Close the LPG cylinder
valve. Wait 2 minutes and follow the ignition
procedure. Light the burner. If the problem
persists, turn off. Contact your dealer.
Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position,
let the appliance cool down to room
temperature, remove the blockage and
clean the burner inside and out.
