Take special care when fi lling the tank. Disconnect the battery from the device before fi lling. In the event of spillage, thoroughly
dry the wet areas before using the sprayer.
During operation, it is forbidden to turn the sprayer upside down, as this may lead to irreparable damage to the pump. Do not
switch on the device if the tank is empty! This can lead to irreversible damage to the pump.
PRODUCT OPERATION
Preparing the device for operation
Caution! Ensure that the device is switched off i.e. the power switch is in the "O" position, before performing any assembly or
adjustment works.
Visually inspect the device. If any damages are observed, do not operate the device before removing them.
Lance installation (II)
At the end of the lance, put a nut, a clamping insert and a gasket. Insert the lance end into the holder opening and install by
screwing the nut onto the thread around the lance opening. Tighten the nut without using the tools and only with suffi cient force to
ensure a tight connection. Overtightening the nut may result in damage to the thread or lance fasteners.
If the nozzle has not been installed on the lance another end, fi x it using the same method as for installing the lance in the holder.
Filling the tank (III)
Unscrew the tank cap. The tank inlet is equipped with a removable fi lter. Do not remove the fi lter for any purpose other than
cleaning it. Always fi ll the tank through a fi lter that stops mechanical contamination. Contamination from the tank can damage the
device's pump, clog the nozzle and damage the device. After fi lling the tank, close the cap.
Charging the battery (IV)
Caution! Make sure that the device power switch is in the off position – O before connecting the charger plug.
It is required to charge the battery prior to fi rst use. Use only the charger supplied with the device for charging. The use of another
charger can cause damage to the product, electrocution, and fi re. Pull back the cover securing the charging socket and plug the
charger plug into the socket. Then connect the charger to the mains outlet. The battery charging process will start.
The device has an electric diode indicator marked with the letter V. The illuminated red diode indicates that the charging process
has started. A green diode illuminates to indicate that the charging process is complete. When the orange diode lights up, it means
that the battery is discharged. If this diode goes on during operation, stop operation, switch off the device, and charge the battery.
Caution! Do not operate the device when it is connected to the charger. You can only operate the device once the battery charging
process has been completed.
Handling of gel battery
The device is powered by a gel battery. Such a battery is a type of lead-acid battery in which the electrolyte occurs in the form of
gel instead of liquid form. As a result, tilting the battery does not cause electrolyte leakage. The battery does not require electrolyte
replenishment. The battery has no memory eff ect and can be recharged at any time. However, it is recommended to discharge the
battery fully during normal operation once every 6 months and then charge it fully with the charger. Dispose of the used battery in
accordance with the local regulations governing the handling of used batteries.
Starting the sprayer (V)
Caution! Make sure that the lance holder trigger is not pressed before starting the sprayer.
The sprayer is started by switching the power switch to the – I position.
The pump operation is stopped when the power switch is set to the off position — O.
Spraying
After starting the sprayer, point the nozzle outlet at a safe place, e.g. into a bucket or barrel. Press and hold the trigger in the lance
holder (VI). Watch the jet coming out of the nozzle. Make sure that the jet is uniform and continuous. If the jet is interrupted or its
shape is non-uniform, release the trigger on the lance holder. Switch off the device, disconnect the battery and check the nozzle
for obstruction or replace the nozzle with a new one.
If the jet is uniform and continuous, start spraying.
The spraying capacity can be adjusted by means of a knob. The knob has an indicator showing the direction of rotation to change
the capacity.
The trigger can be locked in the pressed position. This is particularly helpful when spraying for a long time. You can lock the trigger
by moving the lock so that it blocks the possibility of automatic return of the trigger lever to the standby position (VII). The trigger
is unlocked when the lock is moved in the opposite direction than during locking.
Handling the sprayer during operation (VIII)
The sprayer can be handled in two ways: by the handle located in the cover or using shoulder straps on the operator's back. If the
sprayer is to be carried using the handle, shoulder straps must be removed from the sprayer. This will reduce the risk of hitching
