3. Entering the customer details.
All of the fields marked with * must be filled in.
You can find your customer number, for example, on the
delivery note or invoice.
User name and Password are optional and, if this box is
ticked, are to be entered every time the software starts.
User name and Password can be set as required. Note
that the fields are case sensitive.

device, the serial number must be entered. The serial
number can be found on the nameplate of the respective
hardware.
