Corner Type Printhead – Load Label Roll in Peel off Mode

•
Open the cover of printing system.
•
Open the printhead (I) by turning the pressure lever (J) anticlockwise.
•
Pull up the latch of the bearing rail to open the bearing rail (A).
•
Lead the label material below the label guiding (B) and printhead (I) and take care that the labels run through the photocell
(C).
•
Press the bearing rail (A) down again until it engages.
•
Move the printhead (I) down by turning the pressure lever (J) in clockwise direction until it locks.
•
Adjust the adjusting rings (D) of the label guiding to the width of material.
•
Turn the locking lever (G) upwards in clockwise direction while turning the dispenser whip (E) downwards.
•
Strip some labels from the backing paper and lead the backing material over the dispensing whip (H) and between the
plastic roll (F) and the dispensing whip-shaft (E).
•
Press again the dispensing whip (E) to the top and lock it.
•
Lead the supporting paper to the back and fix it at a rewinding unit.
•
Enter the offset value in the Dispenser I/O menu.
•
Close the cover of printing system.
