To start the device, set the timer to 60 minutes by time control knob (4) and then push the temperature control knob (1).
Time on the display (3) will start counting down after reaching the set temperature (2).
When the time has elapsed, the appliance switches off automatically.
Allow the appliance to cool down and remove the water.
The appliance can be used both for boiling food and for heating water, other liquids and pasteurization.
Pasteurization.
1. Place e rack (10) on the bottom of device.
2. Put up jars with food on the rack as shown in the illustration (B).
4. Fill the device with water to cover 3⁄4 of the highest jar with water. Do not exceed the maximum mark on the water tank (9).
5. Put on the lid (8) on the device and set the desired time by time control knob (4) and set the desired temperature by temperature
control knob (1) then push the temperature control knob (1).
The device will now start to heat up, which can take up to 90 min.
Once the set temperature is reached, the unit automatically switches from
heating mode to warm-keeping mode. Time on the display (3) will start counting down.
Note: Set the temperature and time according to the cooking chart . The time indicated there is counted from the point at which the
desired temperature is reached.
6. After the set time has elapsed, the device automatically switches off and a signal tone sounds
After you finished using the product always remember to gently remove the plug from the power outlet holding the outlet with your hand.
Never pull the power cable!!!
7. Place the appliance in the sink or tub and drain the water by pressing the tap (6). Move the device only by holding it by handles (7).
10. After the appliance has cooled down, remove the jars with oven gloves as they will be hot for a long time. Allow the jars to cool
completely.
Heating liquids
Note: If you heat liquids, the device may be filled up to the maximum mark only. Failure to do so could cause liquid to leak when the
device is heated.
1. Add the desired drink or water to the device.
2. Put on the lid (8), set the desired temperature by temperature control knob (1) max 100˚C and set the desired time by time control
knob(4) max 180 minutes, and then push the time control knob (1) when the desired temperature is reached, the device automatically
switches to keep warm mode. Time on the display (3) will start counting down.
After the set time has elapsed, the device automatically switches off and a signal tone sounds
3. Stir the drink regularly to distribute the heat evenly.
4. If you want to fill the drink, hold a cup under the tap (6) and push the tap down. When the cup is full release the tap (6).
Note: Do not use the tap when heating liquids with pieces of food (fruit punch, soup etc.) otherwise it will clog the tap.
Cleaning:
1.Allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning.
2.Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
3. Clean the bottom of the pot with a soft brush or a damp cloth. Never use sharp or hard objects to avoid damaging the surface .
4. Wipe the case with a damp, soft cloth. Then wipe with a dry cloth.
