7. COMMISSIONING

Start the pump electrically only when the suction and discharge pipes are connected to the correspon-
ding inlets and outlets. Verify that there are no obstructions in the piping.
Apply voltage to the motor and properly adjust the jets to obtain the desired flow.
8. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Our pumps do not require any special maintenance or programming.
If the pump will be idle for a long period of time, it is recommended to disassemble, clean and store
the pump in a dry and well-ventilated place.
When you need to clean the pump:
1.
Fill with water up to the level position of the nozzle.
2.
Let it run for 2-3 minutes,
3.
After stopping the engine, drain the water.
9. PROBLEM SOLVING
PROBLEM
The pump does not rotate.
It does not pump properly.
POSSIBLE REASON
1. Insufficient power to the pump
1. Blockage or leakage
1. Low voltage

SOLUTION
1. Incoming power from pump?
2. Is the circuit breaker turned on?
3. GFCI working properly?
4. Is the air switch plugged in?
1. The jets must be pointed away from
the suction inlet so that air does not
enter the suction.
2. Is the suction inlet in the pool blocked
or covered?
3. Is there any debris in the pump
casing?
4. Is there a leak in the piping or pump?
1. Is the correct voltage applied to the
pump?
2. Is an extension cord being used?
