Before starting the engine, make sure the belt tensioner lever (1) is in idle position, as shown in Figure A. As
soon as the engine is on and reaches maximum speed, slowly engage the belt tensioner lever (1) as shown in
Figure B. When engaging the belt tensioner, if you realize that the machine's disc is not turning, stop the engine
and check the belts as directed on page 50.
Note: this grounding point is in the same position on both
machines.
