Warning
Disconnect the power supply and discharge all high voltage
capacitors before measuring resistance, connectivity, capaci-
tance or diodes, otherwise the meter may be damaged and
electric shock or personal injury are possible.
7.9. Measurement of frequency
1. Turn the knob switch to
"FUNC." key to switch to the frequency measurement
function.
2. Connect the meter probes to the circuit to be
measured to measure the frequency.
3. Reads the measurement results from the display.
Warning
Do not measure voltages above 250V DC or AC RMS,
otherwise the meter may be damaged and electric shock or
personal injury are possible.
7.10. Non-contact voltage detection
1. Turn the knob switch to the NCV shift.
2. Place the meter's non-contact voltage sensing area
close to the live wire of AC voltage.
3. The meter's non-contact voltage indicator will flash
and a prompt tone will come out from the buzzer,
indicating AC voltage on the live wire.
